Feb 16: desert biking!!

And now for something completely different! :)

(I present to you: a desert christmas tree. heh. Just kidding. I don’t know who this plant is, but I thought its seed pods looked like sweet spiky ornaments:)

I’m in the land of the greater Las Vegas area to see family for a bit, which means loaner bikes and bike rides in the desert:)

(ha, every time we come I end up re-maintaining this bicycle since no on really rides it otherwise I don’t think, but I’m starting to get faster at it;)

(Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area loop road: one of my favorite rides ever and possibly I ride it almost every time we’re here;) This time there’s snow in the mountains!)
