This may be the first picture I’ve ever taken of this bridge up, which I think is funny because people stop on the waterfront all the time to record it when it raises and I think it’s sweet, but it’s possible I have never been one of those people.
Also, look at how nice out it was in Portland again! And look at how high the Willamette River is right now too.
Awwww I am so in love with Portland right now:)
