In other news, I was very excited this evening to discover that in my absence, the frogs along the Springwater path have all started singing! If you live in Portland and haven’t heard this ever, it is truly a sound to behold: a million frogs all singing their hearts out. It starts around dark and is one of my favorite late-winter things ever. I’ve been listening for it for weeks, and today was the first day I heard it. Welcome, singing frogs! May you all find mates <3 And in the meantime, thanks for making my heart sing:)
